FALL FEST 2026

Saturday, October 3

11 PM to 2 PM

COME CELEBRATE COMMUNITY, HISTORY,

AND THE SPIRITOF AMERICA’S 250th ANNIVERSARY WITH US

Mark your calendars! Fall Fest is back at the Historical Society of Santuit & Cotuit, and this year we’re celebrating in a very special way as we honor our country’s 250th anniversary!

Bring the whole family for a fun filled day that brings history to life with hands-on activities, demonstrations, games, and plenty of old fashioned fall fun.

STEP BACK IN TIME WITH THE YARMOUTH MINUTEMEN

The Yarmouth Minute Men will be joining us for an engaging look at what life was like on Colonial Cape Cod. They’ll have their field tent and muskets on display, along with demonstrations throughout the day. Kids can even try their hand at simulated military drills on the lawn

THERE’S PLENTY MORE TO ENJOY!

• Our famous pie sale (whole pies or slices)

• Hearth cooking demonstration

• Games on the Lawn

• Scavenger hunt for our younger historians

• Halloween crafts for the kids

• Fly tying demonstration with Mike DeSisto

• And more!

Whether you’re a history buff, a budding colonial soldier, a pie lover, or simply looking for a great way to spend a fall Saturday with the family, the HSSC Fall Fest has something for everyone! Highlights from last year’s Fall Fest are pictured below.
