HISTORIC DISTRICTS OF COTUIT

Driving or strolling down Cotuit’s long Main Street and side streets, you’ll pass many impressive historical homes, the legacy of the well-to-do sea captains and summer residents who once lived here. These homes, while expanded and renovated over the years, have retained most of their architectural character intact so that the Cotuit Historic District is one the larger historic districts on the Cape. Santuit also has an historic district the National Registry of Historic Homes. Most homes inside the districts are considered a "contributing" property to the district.

Please check back again as we are continually updating. This Dashboard works best using a desktop or laptop computer as opposed to a phone or tablet.
